Our Fees

At our firm, we offer transparent and competitive fees for civil litigationfees for employment litigation; fees for debt recovery; fees for landlord & tenant services. Our pricing structure includes both fixed fees and hourly rates, allowing clients to choose the option that best fits their needs. We also provide flexibility in tailoring the scope of work to ensure that you receive the most effective legal representation for your specific situation.

Professional Indemnity Insurance

We have professional indemnity insurance in accordance with statutory requirements. A copy of our insurance certificate can be provided upon request. Our professional indemnity insurer is AXIS policy number P125AXS1004. Notice of claims or circumstances to be given to Hera Indemnity Limited, 6 Bevis Marks, London, EC3A 7BA – Email claims@heraindemnity.co.uk.  They are regulated by the Financial Services Authority. Information about this can be confirmed at www.fsa.gov.uk/register or contact the FSA at 0845 606 1234.  Our professional indemnity insurance cover does not extend to damages or other monetary awards, judgments or negotiated settlements or claims made or suits brought before any arbitrator, tribunal or court outside England & Wales.

​We are a fully operating digital law firm offering

face to face meetings; home visits for clients with mobility issues and also speak to our clients via Zoom, Skype, WhatsApp and telephone.  We are a modern firm who embraces AI technology and the flexibility to communicate with our clients at a time that suits them, anytime and from anywhere.  We can be contacted through text message, WhatsApp or via email and telephone outside of hours.  We know that the busy life we all lead means that 9 - 5, Monday to Friday, does not work for the majority of our clients.

About our Managing Director

Patricia White is the founder of PW-LA and sole Company Director.  Patricia has specialised in Litigation and Dispute Resolution for over 20 years. Patricia is a Commissioner for Oaths and a Qualified Civil & Commercial Mediator. She is  fully qualified and authorised to conduct litigation and advocacy under the Legal Services Act 2007 and is a Grade A Fee Earner under the Civil Fees Guidelines.  She appears as an Advocate in various Courts and Employment Tribunals across England & Wales including Central and Outer London Courts, Bristol, Watford, Manchester, Newcastle, Leeds, Nottingham, Birmingham, Doncaster, Hull, Leicester, York, Scarborough, Harrogate, and Bradford.
